Every project starts with a discovery call. We learn about your brand, audience and goals, then share a proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Once approved, we move through strategy, design, development and testing in short rounds, with reviews at each step, and stay on after launch for support.
We take projects end to end, from the first idea to launch and beyond. Our work includes:

A brand identity or a business website usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. Custom software, AI automation and larger web apps take 6 to 12 weeks or more, depending on scope. Video projects typically take 1 to 3 weeks from shoot to final edit.
Yes. We start once an advance is received. The remaining amount is split across agreed milestones, so you only pay as the work moves forward.
Advances cover the time we reserve for your project, so they are not refundable once work has started. If we're unable to deliver what was agreed, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
Work pauses until the payment is cleared, and the timeline shifts by the same amount. If you need more time, tell us early and we'll find a way.
Rarely, and only if the project goes unresponsive for a long period or the agreed terms are broken. We always talk to you first, and you receive everything completed up to that point.
Usually within 2 to 3 working days after our first call. Larger projects may need a short scoping session first.
